Miami, Florida, March 17, 2010 – Camacho Cigars has been chosen by Playboy to be the official cigar for The Playboy Mansion Tee Party, VIP Golf Event, and VIP Player’s Party. These events will take place on Thursday, March 25th – Friday, March 26th, at the iconic Playboy Mansion & Hyatt Regency Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
Camacho Cigars will be treating celebrities, athletes, media, executives, and bunnies to their ultra-premium cigars during the two days of festivities, which includes Playboy’s infamous body painting, dancing, and entertainment.

EPIC, Kimpton’s new lifestyle, waterfront boutique hotel in downtown Miami, is featuring Camacho Cigars for the second EPIC Wine Hour Presents: Art Of series as cigar specialist Carlos Escalona discusses the art of cigars.

During the interactive session, Carlos will do a “cut and light” demonstration, cigar sampling, provide background and history on cigars as an art of form, and take questions from guests.
Who:
Carlos Escalona is a cigar specialist with Miami-based Camacho Cigars, one of the leading makers of premium cigars. One of the most recognized names in the cigar industry, Escalona came to Miami from Manzanillo, Cuba in 1966. He started with Camacho as the director of business development and now has fifteen years experience with cigars, including his namesake brand, the Camacho Scorpion.
Camacho Cigars which was founded in Miami in 1961 by Cuban exile Simon Camacho who opened a factory and started making cigars from Central American tobacco. His brand quickly earned an excellent reputation in the United States and internationally.
