Room 101 Cigars is the brain child (or love child) of Matt Booth and Camacho Cigars. “It’s an extension of my luxury lifestyle brand and a collaborative effort between myself and Camacho.” –Matt Booth. With such names behind it you can’t but hope it will be great. Matt Booth said in an interview at the IPCPR Trade Show that “It’s a collective of things that I dig, and I love smoking cigars.”… “It’s just another facet of that; it’s just something from my life; it’s my personal meditation cigar smoking.”
I heard good things about these smokes from those who went to the convention and I was dying to try them. Unfortunately they haven’t really begun to show up at shops around the country but I was lucky enough to have a few sent by request. Today I’m taking Camacho’s entrant into the world of milder bodied smokes for a spin. The Camacho Connecticut is a great looking stick that according to Camacho is “A spicy yet milder mannered Connecticut wrapped cigar with superb balance and signature Camacho body.” Camacho released this cigar to answer consumer requests for a milder, tamer stick compared to the rest of the Camacho lineup. Lets see if this stick lives up to Camacho’s description.

I got a fiver of these smokes from cbid and am really enjoying them. This cigar is a very unique cigar in that it is currently the only triple maduro cigar on the market. This really is a powerhouse cigar, not for the weak or faint of heart. It packs a huge punch and if you are not careful it could knock you into a tailspin.
Welcome back for another cigar review here at Stogie Review. As some of you may have noticed (or at least I hope you noticed) I was missing in action for a review last week. I had a bit of an allergy problem as the weather started to change for the cooler here in PA.
